It may have been one of the most randomly dreary days in the middle of what is usually sunny California, but that didn’t stop us from cruising the mini- Balboa beach town snapping picture and having a great time. We started on Balboa Island… or were supposed to start on Balboa Island. While we were scoping out the area an hour or so before the shoot we realized that apparently the weekend we choose was also the weekend that the annual Balboa Art Walk chose. Hundreds of people were walking the boardwalk looking at all sorts of art, both good and just a bit weird… every one has there own opinions… ;). So we decided it may be a better idea to relocate to the pier side of the peninsula. After taking some shots at the peir, we found a little village area, then discoverd a really cool what seemed like boat grave yard… well it wasn’t an actual graveyard but those boat are for sure soon to be there. Lindsay and Nathan were so easy to shoot and we had such a blast! Check them out and give them some love!!
